Managing Task Lists
Adding a New List
All new syncable lists must currently be created on the Google Tasks side.After creating a list, press “Sync Now” in ReminderBridge — the new list will automatically appear. Select the new list to include it in future syncs.
Updating a List
If you rename a list, ReminderBridge will update the corresponding list during the next scheduled or manual sync.
Deleting/Removing a List
- De-select the list in ReminderBridges so it is no longer included in future sync.
- Delete the list manually in Apple Reminders.
- Press “Sync Now” or wait until the next scheduled sync.
- (Optional) If you want to delete the list from Google Tasks, delete it manually via Google’s web or mobile app.

Details
To respect API limits, conserve system resources, and mirror typical task management patterns, ReminderBridge supports sync intervals in 15-minute increments, up to a maximum of 60 minutes.
For immediate updates, you can always use the “Sync Now” button.
